Refund Policy
At GeoTravel, customer satisfaction is a priority, and we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy aims to offer clarity and fairness while ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
A service was not delivered as agreed.
A cancellation request was made within the specified refund window.
Services that do not fall under non-refundable categories outlined below.
2. Refund Conditions by Service Type
Flights and Hotels:
Refunds for flight and hotel bookings are subject to the respective airline or hotel’s refund policy. GeoTravel will facilitate the process based on the provider’s terms.
GeoTravel Packages & Tours:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before departure will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure are not eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Transactions
The following services are non-refundable:
Visa application and processing fees.
Third-party services where the vendor has a no-refund policy.
Discounted or promotional packages.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer service at support@gowithgeo.com with your booking details.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Can I Pay in Installments?
Unfortunately, no. GeoTravel currently does not offer payment installment plans. However, for corporate organizations, we offer postpaid services.
6. Is It Safe to Make Payments Online?
Absolutely! GeoTravel values the security of our customers’ personal and payment information. Our website is protected by advanced security measures to ensure your transactions are safe.
7. Accepted Payment Methods
GeoTravel accepts multiple forms of online payments, including:
Domestic and international credit card payments (Verve, Visa, MasterCard).
Quickteller payments.
Direct cash payments to our designated bank accounts.
8. Booking Information
For information regarding your booking, please contact us at support@geotravel.tours or refer to the confirmation email sent after booking.
9. Changes to the Refund Policy
GeoTravel reserves the right to modify this refund policy as necessary. Updates will be posted on our website and communicated accordingly.
